Sam Kurtz is the sixth-generation winemaker, who represents the evolutions of complex and powerful Barossan red wines. Cimicky is a breed of talented winemakers that is changing the face of some of Australia’s oldest respected wine families, while also pleasantly surprising loyal customers and critics alike. ́Sam remains synonymous with his ongoing dedication to quality and the inspiration he draws from terroir and a myriad of other winemaking techniques that characterise the Barossa Valley.
